3. How do I activate my subscription after payment?

Send the following:

  • Your email address
  • A screenshot of your payment
  • The name of the package you purchased

We will then send you:

  • Your username and password
  • The login link
  • A complete video guide on how to access and use KhuramTools

4. Do you offer lifetime access?

We do not offer lifetime access at this time. Subscriptions are available on a monthly or yearly basis only.


5. What if there’s a technical issue during my subscription?

Most subscriptions last 30 days.
If there is a technical issue on our end:

  • We will extend your subscription to cover the lost time
  • If the issue cannot be resolved, we will refund the remaining unused days

6. Are your themes and plugins safe to use?

Yes. All our products are 100% original and malware-free. We do not offer nulled or pirated software.


7. Do I get automatic updates?

Yes, you will receive auto-updates during your subscription (monthly or yearly).
You simply need to click “Update Now” in your WordPress theme/plugin section.
If your subscription expires, you must renew to continue receiving updates.


8. Can I use the plugins and themes on multiple websites?

No. Our WordPress themes and plugins are for use on one website only per subscription.
We also install them for you using a secure method with a plugin called Temporary Login Without Password — no need to share your password.


9. Is my payment information safe?
